Following recent calls for partner institutions to address the seeming weaknesses in transnational education (TNE) delivery especially in host institutions, this article was developed to generate new insights into how student engagement could explain perceived gains in TNE in a host university in Ghana.&#13;
Design/methodology/approach&#13;
A quantitative research design was used to gather and analyse data from students (n = 197) who were enrolled in different masters' programmes with three different TNE partners from Europe. We relied on a survey to collect data from participants who were sampled by way of simple random sampling method. Consequently, the data was analysed using structural equation modelling.&#13;

                <text>The study investigated the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational outcomes among nurses of selected mission hospitals in Ghana. Compared with Public Sector hospitals, Mission hospitals in Ghana operate with very limited resources. Thus, they have very little to incentivize their staff. Nonetheless, there is the general assumption that employers who demonstrate generous disposition towards their employees will reap reciprocal benefits. Such employees work beyond the job demands even in periods of serious financial difficulties. Phenomenology research design under the qualitative research method was used to find answers to the research questions. A sample size of 40 was drawn through purposive sampling technique from five selected Mission Hospitals in Bono and Bono East Regions of Ghana. Data collection tools used in the study were interview and observation. The data analysis went through compiling, disassembling, reassembling, interpreting and concluding, phases. The text was sorted based on predefined themes. Illustrative words from the original field notes were selected and placed in a table. approach during the onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic, in the case of&#13;
the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) and the Ghana Communication&#13;
Technology University (GCTU). The purpose of the study was to investigate&#13;
and examine perceptions, attitudes, and challenges of students in the&#13;
adoption of e-learning as alternative teaching and learning during the&#13;
pandemic. The study adopted a purposive and random stratified sampling&#13;
technique to respond to hypothetical issues; that there is a significant&#13;
relationship between students’ perceptions, attitudes and challenges and the&#13;
adoption of e-learning in the COVID-19 crisis. From the perspective of the&#13;
students, findings include a lack of data bundles, online learning being&#13;
difficult and the unpreparedness of the institutions to adopt e-learning within&#13;
the first four weeks of the pandemic. The adoption of e-learning as&#13;
alternative learning in Tertiary institutions, in the wake of the COVID-19&#13;
pandemic, is quite novel and still evolving and educational institutions are&#13;

A convenience sampling technique was used in the selection of 498 family craft business owner-managers in Ghana. The paper deployed regression analysis to examine the hypothesized paths.&#13;

In Ghana, recently the financial performance of the private pension schemes has gone up tremendously. The purpose of this study is to investigate how risk management methods influence the financial performance of private pension schemes.&#13;
Design/Methodology/Approach&#13;
The study randomly selected, 450 private pension managers that have existed for at least five years. Financial reports from these schemes were used to analyse key financial indicators, which include the return on assets (ROA) profitability ratio, the company’s size, net investment income, and contribution to the total fund ratio. The research investigation looks at how approaches to risk management affect these pension funds’ financial performance by employing a hierarchical multiple regression model.&#13;
Findings&#13;
The results demonstrated a strong correlation between firm size, net investment income, contribution to total funds, and the financial performance of private pension funds. From the hierarchical multiple regression model, specific risk management practices, such as those related to stakeholders involved in policy formulation, the risk management framework, response strategies mitigation and enhancement, and internal controls, were identified as significant contributors to the financial performance of pension funds.&#13;
Practical Implications&#13;
The study suggests that the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) should adjust investment guidelines based on these insights, empowering pension fund managers to implement effective risk management practices.&#13;
