                <text>This paper offers views on some current and future trends in marketing. The content is based on recent literature and on what is happening in the business world. The study explains digital marketing communication and it impact on organizational growth. It is known in today’s marketing world that, digital medium of communication has become new norm for most organizations. It is important to note that social media space has huge audience therefore it is right to target from the various social media platforms. The study examines digital communication medium like visual advertising, social media (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), E-mail and also website. The target population was 200 clients of Kelondo, however the sample size of 200 was determined by using Muller and Brewer (2003) formula: n= P/1+ P (δ) 2. Therefore, the size was 193. The questionnaire used for this research consisted of only closed–ended questions. The survey was created using Google forms online platform and distributed randomly through social media platforms like WhatsApp, and personal contacts. The online survey contained multiple choices which allow respondents to express themselves by selecting the best possible answers to the questions asked. This enabled us to collect and analyze accurate information collected. The quantitative data collected through the questionnaire was coded in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) a tool for data analysis. I then went forward to analyze the data and the answers were then available in tables and chart.</text>

                <text>Despite the expansion of financial institutions and the proliferation of mobile financial services, reaching the unbanked and bringing them under formal financial services has become a policy concern in many developing countries. Due to the lack of financial accounts, unbanked people prefer informal, risky, and inconvenient mechanisms for receiving, sending, and transferring money. Previous studies rely much on common interventions like no account maintenance and opening fees, easy documentation processes, and money subsidies for opening financial accounts. This study aims to examine the impact of the motivational workshop on opening savings accounts through causality among the unbanked people in a setting where the respondents are unbanked despite having all the requirements and many institutional offers to open savings accounts. We encouraged the unbanked people through a one-hour-long motivational workshop to open savings accounts. Based on our cross-sectional data and randomized controlled trial experiment among the 505 unbanked rural people at Dhubil union under Sirajganj in Bangladesh, we have evidence that motivational workshop positively impacts opening accounts by 32.33 percent. However, the account opening rate differs in terms of respondent’s preference for financial institutions. Our study also finds that unbanked people have the highest preference for mobile financial services for opening accounts resulting in 15.33 percent. The result of this study has some policy implications for adopting effective strategies for universal financial access in many developing countries.</text>

This study aimed to examine the effect of temperature and duration of roasting on half-fermented cocoa beans from different origins. In this study, a roasting temperature of 150 ºC was used to roast cocoa beans obtained from Lampung and Sulawesi.                 <text>he study was designed to identify the impact of social media usage on academic performance of undergraduate students of Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), Accra. The survey method was adopted for this study. The objectives of this study were to find out the purpose of visit to these social media platforms, to analyse the average time spent on these platforms, to discover the effects of these platforms on the academic performance of students and to examine related problems in the usage of the platforms. 800 students were selected as sample for the study. Random sampling technique was employed for sample selection. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 20) was used to analyze the data. From the findings, it was concluded that despite public views concerning the misuse of social media among the youth, most of the students were interested to use social media positively for their academic purposes. The study recommended that counselling programs must be designed for students to understand themselves and manage their study time to avoid social media misuse.</text>

                <text>The study was designed to identify the impact of social media usage on academic performance of undergraduate students of Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), Accra. The survey method was adopted for this study. The objectives of this study were to find out the purpose of visit to these social media platforms, to analyse the average time spent on these platforms, to discover the effects of these platforms on the academic performance of students and to examine related problems in the usage of the platforms. 800 students were selected as sample for the study. Random sampling technique was employed for sample selection. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 20) was used to analyze the data. From the findings, it was concluded that despite public views concerning the misuse of social media among the youth, most of the students were interested to use social media positively for their academic purposes. The study recommended that counselling programs must be designed for students to understand themselves and manage their study time to avoid social media misuse.</text>

The destructive power of technology has led many workers in developing countries, especially Ghana to fight against its introduction. We investigate the effect of technological change on job creation and destruction in Ghana using longitudinal data from the World Development Indicator covering 1990 to 2018. By running the ARDL model, the summative technology-related job destruction is higher in the short run whilst job creation is higher in the long run. A subsector of the energy sector being the electrical substations which serve as both a power transfer and distribution point is very essential to the development of the energy sector. This study therefore focuses on the implementation of TQM in the substation construction sector. The objective was to find out the challenges in TQM implementation and the level of involvement of both top management and employees. Questionnaires were distributed to ten (10) randomly selected companies in Ghana. These&#13;
were filled by Supervisors and Technical expects to ascertain their knowledge, practises and challenges encountered during TQM implementation in their various companies. The data analysis indicated that most of the companies were familiar with the Quality Control and Inspection of quality management. To understand the necessity of TQM application, it is important to relate TQM application to success stories. This chapter would discuss fundamental of TQM and the effect on construction (substation) projects, whilst relating it to economic benefits of Ghana.
