                <text>To develop an effective control mechanism for any industrial process it is imperative to have a deep and wide ranging understanding of the process itself. This is especially true in the case of a cement grinding circuits, which is a very complex process with very complex dynamics and multivariable environment, where all the elements are interconnected. This article is aimed at providing an in-depth analysis of the cement production process in Ghana, which is mainly limited to grinding clinker into cement and its packaging and distributing. The main equipment of grinding circuits is described and the best configurations are discussed. The second part of the article discusses the most popular control methods in use for cement grinding circuits at cement plants all over the world and the ways to select the most effective control strategies for achieving higher production rates and more efficient energy use. The control strategies used by GHACEM, the largest Ghana cement producer, are also discussed.</text>

                <text>This article develops a model of a closed shredding scheme in a ball mill with a separator with high efficiency at a cement plant. Various existing approaches to the development of such models are investigated and a new one is proposed. Based on the principle of material balance and stochastic representation of particle motion in the grinding system and using grinding and classification matrices, the Markov chain model is presented for a scheme consisting of a ball mill and a separator with high efficiency. The grinding matrix is calculated using the selection and crushing functions, and the classification matrix is determined by the Tromp separator curve. The results of field experiments conducted at an experienced cement plant are used to determine model parameters. Retrospective technological data related to the operation of a pilot grinding scheme,applied to check the model and determine the limiting process conditions. Using numerical simulation, the relationships between the controlled (loading of raw materials; separator cut-off size) and the observed (cement size characteristics; productivity; specific energy consumption) parameters of the circuit are determined.</text>

As the study showed, by using a simple data recovery software, remnant data can be retrieved from some disposed computer hard drives even after they have been formatted. If hard drives are not properly cleansed of data before they are discarded, individuals and organizations run the risk of having their information recovered and exploited by people with criminal intent. The article discusses two fundamentally new controller work algorithms for cement grinding, the basis of creation, which is the control theory with predictive models (UPM). Normal controls with predictive models without restrictions and predictive models with mild restrictions are analyzed. Developed software package «CEMSIM »,combining both methods is described in this article. mathematical models of the two control methods are described. a flowchart describing the management of the methodology and structure described in the article.                 <text>This article has developed a regularized predictive control based on the l2-norm of the impulse characteristic of the final duration (KIX) with entry restrictions and input speed for the model of a closed grinding scheme in a ball mill with a separator with high efficiency at a cement plant. The basis of the assessment module was a simple filter of constant power disorders. The problem of the regulator based on KIH was solved by the task of convex quadratic programming (KP) by converting the target function into a standard form. KP decided using an algorithm based on the internal point method.                 <text>This study investigates the adoption and enhancement of digital health through e-consultation in Ghana's healthcare systems. It examines the challenges hindering the successful implementation of e-consultation, including security, privacy and awareness. By conducting a quantitative analysis and proposing a comprehensive model, this study aims to provide insights into overcoming these barriers, to improve healthcare accessibility and reduce disparities through e-consultation. The research integrates the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model, focusing on quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits, alongside the Diffusion of Innovation theory of technology adoption. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining literature review and quantitative analysis. Clinicians and patients received distinct questionnaires, covering knowledge, skills, performance, safety, and e-consultation challenges. Univariate statistics provides an initial data overview, followed by factor analysis. With a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of 0.710 and Bartlett's test of sphericity yielding 1300.894, the data proves suitable for factor analysis. Using Principal Axis Factoring, the study reveals significant correlations among factors: Attitude, Regulatory Framework, Diffusion, and Acceptance. Based on these findings, an E-consultation Framework is proposed, emphasizing robust E-consultation Technology Frameworks. By adopting e-consultation and advanced digital health integration, Ghana can advance healthcare accessibility, diminish disparities, and enhance citizens' well-being within the digital health domain.</text>

                <text>In recent years, Facial Emotional Recognition (FER) has garnered significant attention for its pivotal role across various applications, including human-computer interaction, healthcare, and sentiment analysis. This study is motivated by the need to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of FER systems, with a particular focus on leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) featuring dense architectures. Charles Darwin's groundbreaking work on facial expressions as indicators of human emotional states inspires this research, which aims to elevate FER systems for applications spanning therapy, human-machine interactions, and diverse domains like healthcare, education, and entertainment. While previous studies have recognized CNNs' ability to improve FER accuracy through intricate feature extraction, the evolving nature of the field calls for exploring novel CNN architectures and techniques to further enhance precision and efficiency. In this study, we develop and implement a deep learning model capable of classifying images into seven discrete emotion categories, representing universal human emotions. This objective is achieved by implementing a five-block CNN-based learning algorithm consisting of 44 layers designed to progressively capture complex facial features and expressive patterns.
